Richmond Hill, Ontario — December 19th, 2009 Skipton Group Inc (“Skipton”), a leading provider of IBM Information Technology solutions, and Agfa HealthCare Canada (“Agfa”) have announced the signing of an IBM Industry Solutions Remarketer (”ISR”) Agreement. Under the ISR Agreement, Agfa will now acquire its IBM Products exclusively from Skipton, in support of its healthcare informatics solutions in Canada.
